My little punkin

Logen can always make me smile and apparently I can do the same for him. I hadn't been able to spend too much time with Brenda or Logen lately because of my traveling and our schedules not meshing. However, I got to spend all day Sunday with them it totally made my weekend complete. Brenda went running around with me in sub-zero temps so I could finish my christmas shopping. Then I had dinner at her house. Pete made a beer can roast.
Logen is getting so big too. He can crawl and pull himself up and stand on his own. When he does this he laughs and squeals in victory. He smiles instantly when he sees me and it simply warms my heart to know that he recognizes me.

Be careful what you ask for Chris

I've heard of asking for extra butter for your baked potato but this is crazy! I couldn't stop laughing when DJ brought it out.

DJ

Ijust love my friend DJ. He is my dancing diva partner. Together we are the Queens of the dance floor. Last time we went to the club in Kenosha we were belting out the 80's songs at the top of our lungs and right in some guys ear we were standing behind. Oh he also takes care of my bumps and bruises when gay guys fall on me. DJ is a unique and special person
and I am glad to call him family.

So hard to resist

It's so hard not to eat all these wonderful cookies and brownies just planted in front of me. Today Sassy and I are at Hospira in Lake Forest for Member Appreciation day. So what that means is we set up a table in the cafeteria with our credit union brochures, pens, a giveawy item, raffle tickets for 4 $25.00 visa gift cards, cookies and brownies. My job in all this is to order food, pack the brochures and giveaways then Sassy and I wait for people to come by our table to promote or answer questions. I have had these last 6 months to reflect on my job and I have to say not eating all these goodies is the hardest part.
