Canoeing

The first year Jesse and I started dating was the first time I ever went canoeing and I absolutely loved it! Since then I have wanted to buy a canoe, strap it to the top of my jeep and take it everywhere. But in the meantime I would really like to do this in May.

It's the Des Plaines river canoe marathon race. Since I used all of my vacation for this year in January I have been looking for other fun things to do that don't involve taking time off from work. Since I love canoeing this is perfect. I looked into the rules and registration already and it's very do-able. Can't wait until May.
